Economic development updates for Lexington covering recent months include:

Delta T Corp, currently doing business as Big Ass fans, is expanding their Lexington headquarters.  The ceiling fan company will add over 50 new jobs in two years with the expansion.

Link-Belt Construction Equipment Co. will expand its crane manufacturing and support facility in Lexington.  The company announced the expansion last year.  Up to 120 new jobs will created by the expansion.

Regus Group, a large provider of fully furnished and equipped offices, has opened their first Kentucky office in Lexington.  The company signed a 132 month lease for a 17,500 square foot facility.
