Economic development news for Tulsa from recent months include:
Coca-Cola Enterprises recently opened a new Customer Care Center in Tulsa. The center currently employs 105 people, but that number should rise to 300 by the end of 2008. The new center handles order replenishment and equipment service for customers in 13 western states.
TCIM Services Inc., a Delaware-based call center business, recently expanded their Tulsa operation by 140 employees. The new jobs were added in January and February of this year. The company plans to add more jobs over the next few years.
Two Tulsa manufacturing companies will be adding a total of 715 new jobs to the area in the next two years. DMI Industries, Inc., a steel manufacturer, will create 594 new jobs with a recent expansion. Tulsa-based Precise Machining & Manufacturing, LLC, a precision machine parts manufacturer for aviation uses, will add 121 jobs.
