It has come to my attention this morning that a contract research employee, in an attempt to “help market the company”, has posted similar messages on several “Yahoo Group” real estate forums over the past several days attempting to market our company’s products and services.  This action was taken independently by the individual in question and without the knowledge or approval of our management team. 

After learning of the issue this morning, our relationship with the individual has been terminated, and she has been ordered to cease all such activities. 

We have an array of cutting edge, useful, and very unique real estate data products, and hold our company and staff to very high ethical standards.  While perhaps well intended, the actions of this individual were inappropriate and have been dealt with immediately upon discovery this morning.
