Economic development updates for Charlotte covering recent months include:

IBM Lender Business Process Services, Inc., recently announced the creation of a new mortgage processing center in Charlotte.  The center will create over 600 new jobs over four years.

iVerify US Inc, a Charlotte based video monitoring service, is expanding their corporate headquarters and video monitoring center.  The expansion will create over 60 new jobs.

Polypore International, Inc., is expanding their Celgard, LLC facility in Charlotte.  The company specializes in microporous membranes and the expanded facility will handle battery separation.  Over 40 new jobs will be created.
