Economic development updates for Mobile covering recent months include:
Segera Aero Corporation, a provider of aviation services specializing in engine overhauls and rebuilds, is relocating their North American headquarters to Fairhope, Alabama. The new facility will also include an engine overhaul and repair center. Over 100 employees will be moving to the area with the relocation.

Economic development updates for McAllen covering recent months include:
Lowe’s is building a new store in nearby Weslaco. The 94,000 square foot building will employ roughly 120 people when it is completed in the second quarter of 2009. This new store joins stores such as Wal-Mart and Home Depot in the same area.
