Our newsletter editor suggested several weeks ago that we post on our blog a brief bio of guest authors in our newsletters.  We all agreed that it’s a great idea, though it seems there’s been something urgent every day that has pushed the task to the back burner.

In no way is that a reflection of how important we feel the input from our guest authors is; we think their contribution is very, very imporant, and of great benefit to our newsletter subscribers.

Mark Boone, of Sperry Van Ness in Fort Worth wrote a very nice piece for the June issue of the Multifamily Emerging Market Report.  Mark detailed some of the nuts and bolts of the market, and outlined some great new and ongoing features of the market that are keeping Fort Worth on the radar of informed investors.
