Economic development updates for Phoenix covering recent months include:

Hawker Beechcraft Corporation recently announced plans to locate a Hawker Beechcraft Services aircraft maintenance and service center at The Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.  The new facility will employ 40-60 people at first, but will expand to over 110 employees.

DISH Network is opening a new customer care center in Phoenix.  The center is scheduled to open in June 2008 and will employ 400 technical support representatives and 40 support staff.
