Economic development updates for Bowling Green covering recent months includes:

Wabash National Corp., a semi trailer manufacturer, plans to build a new manufacturing facility in Franklin, near of Bowling Green.  The planned 300,000 square foot facility will create over 450 new jobs within two years of its completion.

N.E.W Customer Service Companies, Inc., a provider of extended service plans and buyer protection programs, is bringing their work at home program to Bowling Green.  The program will handle technical troubleshooting for DIRECTV.  The company plans to hire 120 people within the first year, eventually expanding to 350 jobs within three years.
