Teleperformance USA recently opened a new call center in Augusta. The center is handling calls from Medicare and Medicaid clients for WellCare Health Plans Inc., which hired Teleperformance to field calls. The center currently employs 150 people, but plans to expand to over 300 eventually.

Ocean’s Behavioral Hospital recently opened an office in Alexandria. The hospital provides treatment for patients 55 years and older suffering from metal illnesses. Over 30 new full-time jobs were created.
