Economic development updates for Riverside covering recent months include:

Construction on the new Fox Plaza mixed use project is scheduled to begin within six months.  The first phase of the project will include retail space, condominiums, and a parking garage.  Up to 76,000 square feet of retail space and over 530 condo units will be included in the final project.
