Since we make the very brief announcement several days ago our new market index due out very shortly, we’ve had lots of calls and questions asking about the data.

We’ll have a detailed formal announcement posted by press release and in our blog on Monday the 25th, and the initial release of the Homeowners’ Market Fundamental Index (HMFI) will be provided on Wednesday, 3 September 2008, and the first Wednesday of every month thereafter.  We will have the additions to our website concerning the HMFI up by late Monday afternoon or early Tuesday.

Most of us in the Bozeman office are actually traveling this afternoon and will be presenting information at a private multifamily investors’ meeting in Colorado over the weekend, and will not be available to comment for any press related issues until Monday the 25th.
