Economic development updates for Sacramento covering recent months include:

OptiSolar Inc., a solar panel manufacturer, is building one of the world’s largest photo-voltaic panel manufacturing plants in Sacramento.  The 600,000 square foot plant will create over 500 new jobs during the next three years.  The plant is estimated to add approximately $540 million to the annual output of the region’s economy.
