Atlantic Barn and Timber Company, LLC, a Vermont-based manufacturer of exposed timber frames and building panels, recently announced plans to base their manufacturing operations in nearby Hampstead. The facility is scheduled to open in January 2009 with almost 20 new workers, with more projected to follow.
