The Shippensburg University Small Business Development Center has recently announced it will be increasing its presence at the Murata Business Center in Carlisle.  Here’s a recent quote from SBDC director Mike Unruh -

“SBDC consultants help entrepreneurs develop the planning, management, and financial skills necessary to make their business thrive.  Our Center provides one-on-one, no-cost management consulting with the Pennsylvania SBDC Network providing specialized educational and consulting support to our clients in government procurement, international trade, technology commercialization and environmental management.  Our state and national SBDC networks, as well as local partners, assist us in providing access to information critical to business decisions.   At Murata, we will also seek opportunities for Shippensburg students to work as interns in start-up companies.”
