We’re particularly pleased with three of the features this month.

The “Multifamily Feature: What’s On Tap for Next Year?” takes a look at the expectations that some of the multifamily industry’s leaders have for 2009.  No one has a crystal ball that that will predict the state of the economy and credit markets – but it has been intriguing to learn what some of the “experts” are saying is likely to come down the pike.  Your success in 2009 and beyond will depend in part on understanding these concepts. 

In the article titled “Single Family Feature:  The Most Important Market Factors for Investing Success” our research team has put together a list of the ten factors that have over the past several years had the very strongest correlation with strong single family emerging markets.  This is data you simply won’t find anywhere else; some of it is “common sense” to the emerging market investor, some of it will surprise you.  We’ll be featuring a similar article in the January issue of The Emerging Market Report for multifamily investors. 

Finally this month’s In Your Corner piece covers Goals and Resolutions; it includes some data from the renowned Franklin Covey leadership team in Salt Lake City, and presents a new view of the New Year’s resolution concept.
