December’s issue of The Emerging Market Report is out this morning, and we’re quite surprised in fact at the amount of interest in two articles in particular that we wrote about here on Saturday (the Saturday post has the full contents of this month’s issue outlined). 

While no one’s crystal ball can truly predict the future for multifamily, one of our research teams rounded up some interesting and insightful projections about multifamily in 2009 from a host of industry heavyweights (and some lesser known smart guys and gals as well). 

There has also been a great deal of interest in the article detailing what we’ve found to be the 10 market factors that correlate most strongly with emerging market strength in single family.  [Note – we’ll be publishing the same list for multifamily in the January issue.]
