Economic development updates for Houston covering recent months include:

W&O Supply Inc., a supplier of valves, pipes and fittings, is expanding their facility in Houston.  The company will house three divisions in the same building, which is a first for the company.  About 20 new jobs will be added.

Edible Software recently opened their global headquarters in Houston.  The company develops software for food inventory control and accounting.  Because of high demand from food wholesalers, the company has grown rapidly in the past five years.

Texas Petrochemicals Inc. recently expanded production capacity at their facility in Houston.  The facility produces polyisobutylene (PIB) and thanks to a proprietary technology, produces two variants of PIB.  The expansion will double the facility’s production capacity.
