The April 2009 Edition (Volume 2, Number 2) of the Real Estate Market Reference has been expanded to now include market rankings in 154 categories; for each category we provide the best or worst twenty-five markets, current as of this weekend’s database update. 

As always, the Real Estate Market Reference includes the best and worst markets in both our Multifamily as well as Single Family Market Fundamentals Scoring algorithm, as well as their respective subcategories (five subcategories for multifamily and five subcategories for single family).
