The Redfish Emerging Markets acquisitions team is constantly searching for investment opportunities in emerging markets around the country as we analyze and explore different communities.
We typically have an array of opportunities available in which investors may participate. Historically we have used a variety of vehicles to purchase property (syndication, TICs, etc.). We focus on value-added multifamily opportunities, though have through our consulting in the past years analyzed single family and duplex developments, preconstruction projects (single family home and condo), recreational vehicle parks (long stay), and mobile home parks.
As you know, regulatory boards (Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) pay close attention to and carefully regulate investor recruitment. Additionally, SEC rules mandate that information pertaining to tenants-in-common (TIC) or private placement memorandum investments should NOT be made available to the general public unless such persons have been pre-qualified in regards to suitability and accreditation. (We review the Security and Exchange Commission accredited investor criteria inside the investor site.)
