The Redfish Emerging Markets team is pleased to offer our resources and team for special market analysis or consulting projects.

Here’s how to get the “wheels rolling” –just send us an e-mail to the address at the bottom of this page that includes your basic contact information, including the best time to reach you, and a short description of your project.

You’ll be contacted by Dr. McGlothlin or a lead member of our consulting team to discuss your project’s needs in detail, and we’ll return a formal proposal back within 2 business days, most often the next day, including a specific time line for completion of the project and submission of our report to you, as well as a careful, mutually agreed upon description of the scope of the project.

If we don’t provide your report / data within the agreed upon time frame – your fees will be fully refunded. We hate waiting on project data too!

At this point in time our consulting / special projects are for the most part restricted to multifamily / single family residential real estate, though we have in the past months completed special projects analyzing the profitability of SFH and condominium rentals in a coastal resort community, several large mobile home park projects in a major metropolitan area, as well as looking at the ops for several long stay tenant RV parks in South Texas.
